parts of asia and africa. last week, my brother finished walking
a 100-kilometer trail within 48 hours with his friends. on the
way /during the event, they helped and support each other.
why

because only the team’s finishing time will be recorded.
the support team brought them food and dry clothes. it’s an
excellent chance to learn team spirit. why not help people in
need? when i’m 18 years old, i’ll also join oxfam trailwalker.

i am waiting to tell you about a discussion we had about
whether students of senior 3 should take physical exercise

60% of the students believe that we should exercise everyday
because it can build our body and reduce the changes of
getting an illness. some forms of exercises are playing table
tennis, playing basketball and doing morning exercises. but
the time should be kept appropriate---not too long. doing
physical exercises can provide a time for the brain to relax,
therefore, making studying more effective.

however, the other 40% of students hold the idea that physical
exercise is bad for students. it wastes time and energy.
nowadays, students are too busy with their homework to do
anything else. also, if you are not careful enough, you may get
hurt in the exercise.

theres a heated discussion regarding this issue. everyone has
his own opinions. in my opinion, i think we should do exercise
instead of studying all the time.
