缺乏创新。我们常常拿来一套试 卷，复印好就给学生们使用了。这
样做的最大好处是省力，但试题质量尤其是英语作文命题质量很难保证。我认为大家完全可以提前先亲自做完这套题，不理想的部分
可以灵活撤换

作文从原创者手头产生到你使用该题
的时间会有一定间隔，在内容和 形式上经常会有陈旧过时嫌疑，我
们完全可以撤换该部分。做到这一点要求老师具有良好的英语业务素质，尤其要有创新命题精神。当代中国正处在大发展、大变革、
大调整的时期，创新是时代各行各 业的主潮流，对于英语教育工作

如何在高中英语命题中进行创新呢？首先我们谈谈内容方面的创新 。
社会存在决定社会文化意识，英语命题作文属于社会文化意识范畴，

的自然反应。因此选择国内外发生的最新重大事件来做为我们创 新
作文命题的内容是必然选择。也许有人会问，按这一方法选完后

有这么 多事件到底选哪些呢？不要忘记我们还有一个原则，那就是
该题材内容还必须是高中生熟知的。综合起来 再用心精选一遍，完
全符合要求剩下能用的不会太多，这些就是我们用来创新命题的最
佳内容。 通过这样做能确保我们命题的内容是新的且在高中生的认
知范围内，让其有一肚子话可写，甚至乐于来写 。其次，再谈谈如
何在形式方面进行创新？内容决定形式，有了最新的内容即国内外
最新发生的 大事，你的作文命题就具有清新的时代气息，但形式对
内容具有反作用，有好的形式对命题创新最终顺利 完成具有重大作
用。当前有很多的英语命题作文普遍存在规定过死的通病，甚至有
些完全是翻译 题，不利于中等生和优等生的水平发挥

,在命题形式上创新势在必行。笔者建议从二个方面
完成这项任务。其一，尽量多使用想象性发挥性作 文，给不同英语
水平的学生留下自由选择发挥的空间。本文后边有关网络红人冬奥
会冠军周洋的 命题作文，淋漓尽致地体现了这一要求；其二，从命
题的角度进行创新。如有关世博会的命题，见过的资 料中大多从志
愿者角度来出题，本人重新收集整理材料，从举办世博的利与弊这
一新角度来命题 ，效果也很不错。教师们在这方面还有一个顾虑，
就是学生们能否顺利完成这类写作任务，答案是肯定的
