一、命题指导思想与原则

考试命题要遵循选拔性考试的规律与要求，贯彻普通高中新 课程的理念，反映
本学科新课程标准的整体要求，考查考生初步的科学与人文素养，注重能力与素质考查，注重时代性和实践性，促进素质教育的实施。
