日安装完成后，设备进入生产调试阶段。在调试过程
中（

日）两台操作机的夹紧筒分别发生密封处漏
油现象，
为保证设备调试工 作的正常进行，
必须对操作机夹紧筒部位进行解体，
并更
换密封。







With
the
completion
of
installtion,
60MN
Open-Die
Forging
Press
was
going
into
Commissioning
formally.
However,
both
sealings
of
Clamping
Cylinder
in
GLAMA
Manipulators
were
damaged
during
Commissioning
which
caused
large
oil
leakage
respectively (2012-01-12 for Mani A; 2012-02-10 for Mani B). In order to make sure the
commissioning
can
be
performed
on
schedule,
we
dismantled
the
Clamping
Cylinders,
checked and replaced the damaged ones.

Project Content:




①

使用液压千斤顶和枕木对操作机夹紧筒进行垫实、固定

Fixed the Tongs and Clamping Cylinder on the pad with hydraulic jacks and sleepers




②
对压力系统进行卸压，进一步确认

Reified system pressure and confirm it






③
使用扭力≧
1800NM
的液压扳手拆除筒体的连接螺栓（M64*200*6)
以及油管

Removed the oil pipes and connecting bolts
（
M64*200*6
）

with Hydraulic wrench which
can reach at least 1800NM





④
对夹紧筒前后缸体进行解体分离，检查并更换密封。

Separated the Gear Box form Clamping Cylinder, check and replced the damged ones.





⑤
调整加进缸水平度然后对筒体进行组装

Adjusted
the
levelness
of
Clamping
Cylinder
and
then
connected
and
plugged
Clamping
Cylinder into Gear Box .





⑥
连接螺栓安装，油管等附件安装

Installed connecting bolts
、
oil pipes and other accessories
