A Tale of Two Figures
Two figures caught my attention while I did some reading
the other day: Within a year, eighty billion yuan (RMB) of
public funds have been
years barely a little more than a hundred million yuan have been
collected as donations to the

To enjoy food and drink on public funds is something both
banned by the central government and criticized by the masses
for a long time. However, there are still places that dare to

eating lavishly that what they had eaten up is not just some fine
