security issue may sound cliche, but when it comes to the
campus security, we have to take it seriously. for a time, nearly
everyday there were reports on campus security all around the
country. in such circumstances, some measures must be
taken to safeguard the campus, such as giving presentations,
complete safeguard system and renovate the environment
around the campus. firstly, cathedra about the security of
information is an important step to the campus security. on 14
november 2008, 4 girls died in a big fire in shanghai business
school. because of the unawareness of the inflammable and
lacking of fire knowledge, young girls lost their lives with great
pity. when i was in high school, there would be a cathedral
about the security of information every year. things about what
to do when comes across threaten, basic knowledge and
awareness on security issues improved my security
awareness much. more cathedral about the security of
information to improve the students awareness plays an
important role in campus safety.

secondly, to set up better security and protection system
helps decline the possibility of schoolyard th

injure accident. on 12 may 2010, a 48 years man zheng
huanming intruded shaanxi south zheng kindergarten with a
kitchen knife, killed 7children and 2 adults. incomplete security
and protection system took most responsibility to this tragedy.
a serious of tragedies this year make the government bring to
the attention to the campus security. first step to deal with this
problem is to strengthen the security guard force by asking for
more security personnels in each school. see if there are
enough guards to prevent zheng, how would the tragedy
happen?more security guards will make campus safer and it is
another way to campus safety. thirdly, renovate the campus
arounding environment and forbid the unknown people
entering the campus do help to the campus 23th
march 2010, a man named zheng mingsheng entered the fujian
primary school and killed 8students. the allowance of entering
without asking the visitors for the identification is the first fault
to cause this tragey. pay attention to the environment and
clear up the unsafe factors make some effort to the campus
safety. meanwhile , to forbid the unknown people entering the
campus can prevent the th

tragedy on the first step.

campus safety is serious. these tragedies bring much sorrow
to people. however, if the school gives more cathedra about
the security of information ,set up better security and
protection system ,renovate the campus arounding
environment and forbid the unknown people entering the
campus will decline the possibility of campus injury to the
lowest.

there has been a worrying phenomenon recently that campus
security has become a public concern .more and more campus
security accidents broke out frequently. the issue of security
on campus in being discussed quite often.

the campus security exerts tremendous influence on the
students. with good security,students can live comfortable
lives and attend their class without any anxiety, in which case,
they can be brought up mentally and physically
contrast, under the poor security, the quiet environment of
study are broken. it would make students live in fear and worry
about their own safety, they couldn’t study by hea
rt.

what measures should be taken to improve the campus
security? firstly, we should strengthen everyone’s security
awareness,letting the students know what is wrong and what
is right..secondly,schools should organize emergency drills
regularly. personally, campus security is so important that we
should work hard to create a harmonious environment for
children. only by taking preventive measures can we ensure
school safety.

according to recent reports, an increasing number of crimes
have taken place on campus. universities around the world are
facing security problems such as theft, fraud, violence, sexual
harassment, fire disaster and traffic accident etc., which
seriously affect students school lives and make students live
in fear.

therefore, it is high time that we should take actions to
improve its current situation. first, related departments,
including administrative personnel, teachers and students,
should know clearly about their own responsibilities and
cooperate to solve the problems. second, equipments such as
monitors should be installed on campus so as to detect crimes
as soon as possible. most importantly, we might have to nip
something in the bud before it becomes a problem. we should
strengthen college students ideological and political education,
pay attention to their mentality health and give timely help if
they need.

with our endeavor, campus security will be improved greatly,
and universities will be holy places where one can enjoy
peaceful and harmonious atmosphere again.

with the increasing number of university graduate fail to find a
job, some parents start to hold the opinion that going to
university is nothing but waste money and time. they argue
that if family has the money to support child to attend to
university, they would rather to spend the money to support
their child to start their own business, which might get more
reward than go to university. in my point of view, i cannot
agree with that.


随着大学生就业难的人数逐渐增加，有些父母开始认为上大学除了浪费钱和时间根本就是一无是处。他们称如果家里有钱给孩子上大
学，他们宁愿拿这个钱给孩子创业 ，这比上大学的回报还高。在我
看来，我无法同意这个观点。

in the first place, university is not a place only to learning
knowledge from books, but also it could open a door to a
brand new world to students. for instance, there are lots of
students’ association in university, students could choose one
or two to learn and practice their skills according to their
hobbies, such as a university entrepreneurs club is a nice
chose for a student who are going to start their own business
after graduated, it will help them to make less mistakes on the
road to success.

in the second place, who could guarantee that a high school
graduates would make a success in business field. apparently
they are lack of professional business knowledge and
experience. what’s the most important is that they are lack of
contacts. those factors will make them fail every easily, even
though they have a strong money backup from their parents.

chinese student learns english in universities. chinese
teachers teach language is easy to be accepted and followed,
but that’s not native pronunciation and tone. we students can’t
feel the all-english learning environment. as far as i am

ranking. high school graduates make their choice almost
mainly based on university ranking. university ranking has
aroused wi
de public concern. it’s a controversial issue
whether people should make a university ranking.
