which has been approved by the State Council is hereby promulgated for implementation
as of April 10, 2015. The Catalogue for the Guidance of Foreign Investment Industries
(Amended in 2011) promulgated by the National Development and Reform Commission
and the Ministry of Commerce on December 24, 2011 will be repealed simultaneously.
