年

月经国务院批准设立，
2007

月封关运行，是 湖南省目前唯一的国家级出口加工区。
辖一个镇和一个中等职业学校，辖区面积

supervised by the Customs in Nov.2007.
It is the only
national
level
export
processing
zone
in
Hunan
province.

辖乡镇的社会经济事务。对于重大项目实行“一事一议”给
予特别优惠政策。成立了代办中心，全程免费代办公司设立
登记、报建、环保、国土等手续。对 每个企业实行“一名领
导、一个班子、一套方案、一包到底”服务机制，为企业提
