Principle of operation































I.

The basic operation principle of the solar PV system:

transform the sunlight to electricity and store it through charge

controller in the battery. The electricity then can be supplied to 12V power
supply point through controller.

list

check

controller,
fittings and attachments according to the list.

Familiar yourself with various functions of the controller and

equipment according to diagrams in the user manual.

Pay attention to the change of the battery

Charging: exposed the cell panel directly to sunlight
outdoors, insert the

off

charging

finished

voltage

operate
automatically.

attempted
by
non-electricians
and
electricians unfamiliar with PV systems.

If the supply is not in use, it should be charged once a month, otherwise
the battery may be damaged resulting from over-discharge. If the supply is
used for the first time, charge it under strong sunlight for two days so that its
life can be prolonged.

new
one.

When above procedures are finished

plug the cable for solar PV module
in
the
socket
of
solar
PV
module
on
the
controller
box
respectively
according to the positive and negative polarity. Red cable is positive (+)
and
black
is
negative
(

reverse
polarity
is
not
permitted.
Thus,
the
solar PV module begins to charge.

the
normal
circumstance,
the
main
loads
of
20W

30W
solar
PV
system is lamp, radio, recorder, mini household appliance and charge the
mobile phone.; The main loads of 50W solar PV system is DC12” T
V
,
lamp,
radio,
recorder,
mini
household
appliance
etc.
Using
other
appliance is not permitted.

Please check if the solar PV system and appliance is operating regularly
after installation. Check the operating status of the controller according
to the controller specification.

Use
a
shunt
to
measure
the
current
from
the
array
under
charging
conditions
to
verify
the
array
charging
current.
This
measurement
should be done under clear sky condition.

Make
system-wide
voltage
drop
measurements
in
the
sub- circuits
to
verify
that
connections
are
within
the
maximum
allowable
voltage
drop.
