Working principle and structure
Power
press
with
fixed
bed
and
slide
block
’s

reciprocating
motion
to
finish
the
punching work. The press adopts steel welding structure with high stiffness and
reasonable structure and low noise.
The
press
adopts
combined
type
air
friction
clutch
which
is
easy
to
install
and
repair.
The
press
adopts
PC
control.
The
main
motor
have
positive
inversion
functi
on
and
with
duplex
magnetic
valve
to
ensure
the
safety.

Structure and adjusting of the main parts
Main frame
Two
bearing
plates
in
the
main
body
bear
the
motor.
The
adjustable
Six
sides
rectangular guide rail with high guiding accuracy.
The
obverse
side
of
the
guide
rail
adopts
punching
device.
The
punching
rod
should install at the top dead center position of the slide block
Driving device
The
press
is
driven
by
motor
power
through
triangle
belt,
friction
clutch,
brake
and
driving
crank
to
achieve
rotational
motion.
The
belt
center
distance
is
adjustable
The feeding machine is optional.
Clutch

The compressed air pressure is 0.5MPa. The abrasion loss of the friction plate of
the clutch should not over 3mm
Slide block
Hydraulic
overload
protector
can
prevent
the
overloading
when
punching
to
protect the press and die using life. The thickness of the hydraulic die cushion in
the slide block is 7.5mm.

Lubricating system
This press machine has two lubricating ways.
One is electric pump lubrication pump adopts PC controlling. The oil should be 0
