信息科技具有如此的重要性,我们的国家领导人也在多 种场合提出
大力发展信息科技。我国在改革开放以后取得了很大地进步,步入
了科技强国之林。


作为当前社会的一员,我们不仅应该认识到信息科技的重要性,还
应该努 力学习信息科技,用信息科技来武装我们的头脑,具有献身
科学的勇气和决心,具有用科学技术来发展全 人类的博大胸怀。

since the 21 century, information technology, especially
computer network technology, has been developed so rapidly
that mobile phones and computer which were luxury to the
ordinary people have been the daily necessities in our life. to a
large extent, our life style has changed a lot with the
development of information technology, as well as our culture.

information technology is of such importance that our
national leaders have put great emphasis on developing
information technology on many occasions. great progress
has been achieved since the reformation and opening up in
china, which makes our country advanced in the world.

as a member of society, we should not only recognize the
importance of information technology, but also endeavor to
study information technology, arming our minds with
information technology, dedicated scientific courage and
determination. and also we should has the mind to serve
people all over the world with the use of science and

自已融入集体,才能充分发挥个人的作用。团队精神的核心是协 同
合作,每个人的工作都不是绝对独立的,分工是离不开协作,协作
是为了更好的工作。团队中 的每个人岗位不同,但要达到成功就必
须团结协作,向着同一个目标摇旗呐喊,勇往直前。


团队精神的有无,决定了团队的战斗力的强弱,决定了团队的强弱。
没有团队精神的 话,一群人在一起就会一盘散沙,不会互相照应、
互相配合、力使不到一处,这样的一群人战斗力是很弱 的。


总之,团队精神对任何一个组织来讲都是不可缺少精髓。

the importance of team spirit, is the embodiment of the power
of individuals and groups. each member should combine
himself with the team to give full strength to their role. the core
of team spirit is collaboration, everyones work is not
absolutely independent. the collaboration among the team is to
work better. everyone on the team has a different job, which
needs them to combine as one unit, and fight for the same goal,
with cooperation and collaboration.

team spirit exists or not, determines the teams fighting
strength, determines the teams strength. if there is no team
spirit, a group of people will not be a whole unit. without
mutual care and mutual cooperation, without aiming to the
same goal, the team will not be a team, and the fighting power

the first factor is the diversity of skills and personalities.
when people use their strengths in full, but can compensate

the other factor is that all the team efforts are directed towards
the same clear team goal. this relies heavily on good

in real life, team work success rarely happens by itself,
without focused team building efforts and activities. there is
simply too much space for problems. for example, different
personalities, instead of complementing and balancing each
other, may build up conflicts. or even worse, some people with
similar personalities may start fighting for authority and
dominance in certain areas of expertise. even if the team goals
are clear and accepted by everyone, there may be no team
commitment to the group goals or no consensus on the means
of achieving those goals. individuals in the team just follow
their personal opinions and move in conflicting directions.
there may be a lack of trust and openness that blocks the
critical communication and leads to failure. this is why every
team needs a good leader who is able to deal with all such
team work
