认可的照明企业试验室，也是被国 际知名检测机构
SGS
认可的实验室，另
外也是根据目前
CCC
产品 强制认证所建立的检测室。

ladies and gentlemen. My name is Richard Hou .I am in charge of EMC and Safety
testing.
It
is
my
great
honor
to
introduce
our
lab
for
you.
Our
lab
is
the
first
corporative
lab
approved by CNAS in lighting industry and also accepted by SGS. At the same time, it is built for
CCC certification which is a mandatory condition to sell electric or electronic products in china.

我们实验室的主要职责是对公司的产品进行把关，包括对研发的新品， 提供一些改进建议，设
计的思路，同时也为产品认证提供预检测，另外针对生产的产品，引入了首件检测 测试项目，保证
产品的质量。实验室主要对灯具产品（也包括电器）的安全、性能以及可靠性进行测试。

The
major
duty
of
our
laboratory
is
responsible
for
NVC’s

full
range
products,
including
product development, recommendations for improvement and design ideas. Meanwhile, providing
the
pre-testing
for
related
certification.
Besides,
for
the
planned
production,
we
introduced
the
first-piece inspection programme to guarantee the quality. Laboratory is mainly engaged in the
test of safety performance and reliability for luminaire products with electric appliance.
< br>首先我为大家介绍的是我们的安全、性能测试室，这里，我们会针不同系列的产品，用不同的
灯具 产品标准进行测试，
所有的国家标准体系都引自
IEC
体系，
这个测试室的测 试项目包括灯具的
分类、标记、结构以及内外部接线、防触电保护、接地规定、爬电距离和电气间隙以及 谐波电流和
输入输出电参数的检测；针对控制装置，我们也可进行相关的性能的测试。主要使用这台进口 的精
密功率仪进行。

Firstly, I will introduce the safety & performance test room. Here ,we follow different standards
to
test
for
different
products.
All
national
standard
systems
are
from
IEC.
Test
items
contain
classification of luminaire,
marking, structure, wiring, protection against electric shock, earthing
rule,
creepage
distance
and
electric
clearance
as
well
as
the
harmonic
current
and
electrical
parameter test; As for control gear, we can also do the performance test by using the accurate
power meter which is made in Japan.

这里是我们的电磁兼容测试室，整个测试是在一个屏蔽房间里进行的。屏蔽房 是为了防止外界
的干扰信号，
目前我们的电磁兼容只能进行
EMI
的测试，< br>测试的具体项目包括传导骚扰和辐射骚扰，
具体的原理在于灯具正常工作条件下产生的干扰信号不 会通过传导或者空间辐射影响到其他设备
的工作。

This is our EMC test lab. All the tests are conducted in the shielding room that is to prevent
the outside interference signal. Precisely speaking, EMC consists of EMI & EMS. At the present,
we
can
only
have
EMI
test.
The
EMS
test
system
will
be
put
into
use
in
September
under
schedule. The main items are Conducted & Radiation disturbance. While the luminaire is working
in normal condition, the interference signal will not affect the other devices
’
working by Conducted
& Radiation disturbance
