本次比赛分为主体演讲，
现场提问，即兴演讲和才艺展示四个部分。评委将从演讲内容，演讲
风格，个人形象，发音等方 面进行打分。本次比赛奖项设置为：一等
奖一名，二等奖二名，三等奖三名，优秀奖五名
