Some people say the key to success is the luck, while others claim it is hard work. As far as I
am concerned, there are many factors contributing to success.



Diligence is the first key factor to success. Diligence helps us remove ignorance, overcome
difficulties, and enlighten our minds. Devotion is another factor to success. Whatever we do, we
must love it and do it whole-heartedly. Furthermore, perseverance, or a strong will, is the last key
to
success.
Without
a
strong
will,
we
are
likely
to
give
up
when
we
meet
some
difficulties,
let
alone perform wonderful deeds.



To
conclude,
all
great
men
achieve
success
through
diligence,
devotion
and
perseverance.
Just as the famous saying goes,

On University Students’ Pressure in Finding Jobs

Nowadays, more and more university graduates complain that graduation does not equate to
employment. What is the cause of this phenomenon?

First, competition among graduates grows bitterer. The supply of university graduates
exceeds social demand. Secondly, some students don't study hard. T
hey don’t have adequate
knowledge to apply for many positions. Finally, some graduates are conceited. They lack
experience but ask for a high salary, which is impractical.

In college we should make the most of our time and put our heart into our studies. Meanwhile
we can take part-time jobs and attend social activities in spare time to accumulate relevant
practical experience. When we apply for jobs after graduation, we should attach more importance
to accumulating experience than to the starting salary.

trivialities. Since people from different places have different personalities, habits, and interests, etc,
some students think it difficult to get along with their pals. Secondly, living off-campus can offer
them a lot of freedom. Lastly, it can give them more privacy.

Living off-campus has its shortcomings. If we live off campus we will not have the chance to
experience the colorful college life. Away from our classmates, we will not have the chance to
