Where, in accordance with laws, the circumstance(s) specified in Article 15 and Article 16 of this
Law is /are confirmed, the organization with compensatory obligations shall pay compensation in
any of the circumstance in question.
Where
the
claimant
for
compensation
demands
the
confirmation
of
one
of
the
circumstances
specified in Article 15 and Article 16 hereof, and the demanded organization refuses to make the
confirmation, the claimant shall have the right to lodge a complaint. Where the claimant claims
