社会实践中心简介
Introduction to Social Practice Center
上海市普陀区中 小学社会实践服务中心是上海市拥军拥属先进单位、
上海市社会实践基地、上海市科普教育先进基地、普 陀区文明单位、
普陀区国防教育先进单位，
且为全国基地联盟、
华东地区校外教育及< br>上海市校外教育理事单位

。中心有教职工
33
人，先后有近
40
篇论
文、活动案例分别获得全国、华东地区和上海市一、二、三等奖，并
在全国、 上海市各类杂志上发表。完成市级、区级课题
4
项。

中心
还在普陀 区教育局及职能部门、普陀区教育学院的参与、指导下，出
版了多本区本教材，分别荣获了

年全国和上海校外教育成果一
等奖。

The
Social
Practice
Center
of
the
primary
and
secondary
schools
in
Putuo
District
of
Shanghai
is
an
Advanced
Unit
that
supports
the
army
and
the
families
of
the
armymen
and
martyrs
of
Shanghai,
the
Social
Practice
Base
on
Shanghai,
an
Advanced
Science
Education Base of Shanghai, Civilized Unit of Putuo District,
Advanced
Unit
for
National
Defense
Education
of
Putuo
District,
as
well as the governing unit
for
the
alliance of the
national
base, off-campus education of East China and the off-campus
education
of
Shanghai.
The
Center
has
a
staff
of
33,
with
nearly
40
papers
and
activity
cases
winning
the
first,
second
and
third
prizes
respectively
in
Shanghai,
East
China
and
throughout
the


nation. They were published in various magazines in Shanghai
and
the
nation.
Four
research
subjects
at
municipal
and
district
levels
were
completed.
The
Center,
under
the
participation
and
guidance
of
the
Education
Bureau
and
Departments of Putuo District and Institute of Education of
Putuo
District,
also
published
many
textbooks
for
the
District,
winning the first prize of off-campus education of Shanghai
City and the nation respectively in 2012.
2000
年，普陀区 教育局为整体推进中小学素质教育，为全区中小学
生提供一个开展社会实践活动、丰富成长经历的新天地 ，投入
1200
多万元，
创办了一个占地
100
多亩的综合实践基地
--
鲁汇基地。
2001
年
2
月正式投入使用。
经 过三年努力，
鲁汇基地初具规模，
构建了“果
园园艺实践区”、“蔬菜种植实践区”、 “花卉盆景实践区”、“家
禽家畜饲养实践区”、
“农耕文化展示教育活动区”、
“生 活自主实
践区”等六大实践区域。基地可同时容纳
500
名学生住宿、生活、学
习和开展社会实践活动。截止到
2010
年
10
月，基地共组织接待近20
万人次，深受师生欢迎，学校、社会好评。基地成为城市中小学
开展社会实践活动、< br>实施素质教育的重要场地；
成为学校开设综合实
践活动课程的“实习工场”；
成 为彰显农耕文化，
培育民族精神的大
课堂。

In 2000, the Bureau of Education of Putuo District, in a bid
to
promote
the
quality
education
in
primary
and
secondary


schools and provide a new place for having social activities
and enriching growth experience for the primary and middle
school
students
of
the
District,
invested
over
12
million
yuan,
and
established
an
integrated
practice
base
of
over
100
acres---Luhui
Base,
which
was
officially
put
into
use
in
February 2001. Through three years of efforts, Luhui base was
beginning to take shape, building six practice areas, namely,
“practice area for orchard gardening,” “practice area for
vegetable
growing,”
“practice
area
for
flowers
and
bonsai,”
“practice area for ra
ising poultry livestock,
” “education
area for exhibiting the farming culture” and “practice area
for independent living.” The base provided accommodation,
living,
learning,
and
social
practice
activities
for
500
students.
By
October
2010,
the
base
had
organized
and
received
nearly
200,000
people
and
been
very
popular
among
the
students,
gaining praise from schools and society. The base became an
important
venue
for
the
urban
primary
and
secondary
schools
to
carry out activities of social practice and implement quality
education,
an
“internship
workshop”
for
the
courses
of
comprehensive practical activities of the school, and a great
classroom
to
highlight
farming
culture
and
cultivate
the
national spirit.
