Part 3 Studying Methods:
As Ss are poor in cooperative learning skill, manySs are not active
in class, and even some of them don`t like English. Therefore, I `ll
have Ss study in a relaxed atmosphere. The learning process of students
is from seeing, thinking,saying . So after feeling and understanding the
language points, I will let the students get the knowledge actively by
cooperative study. In a word I will
1. Let the Ss pass observation -imitation-practice to study language.

2. Teach the Ss how to master dialogues and how to communicate with
others. Part 4 Teaching Procedure:
I have designed the following steps to train their ability of
listening, speaking, reading and writing. Especially reading ability.

1. Present the students the questions before listening to the text

Purpose: Train the Ss` listening ability to grasp the general idea
of a passage and prepare for the later exercises.

Read the passage as quickly as they can. I will use the question and
answer activity to help them get the main idea of each paragraph, then
ask them to use their own words to conclude the main ideas of each
paragraph.
Purpose: Improve the Ss` fast reading skills like skimming reading
and scanning reading. Understand the general idea

Step4 Intensive reading
Read the passage carefully again and answer some detailed questions.

it is also called depth reading or study reading. It means reading
for detailed information.
Purpose: Further understand the text to find out some different
sentences and details of the text.

have concluded in fast reading
2. Encouraging Ss to use their own words to retell the passage

Purpose: I want to check if my students really understand the whole
text and if they master what I mean to tell them in this class. What`s
more, I want to make the students practice their oral English through
retelling.

need to learn in this passage on the screen one by one. Then give them
the right usages of these new

language points. What`s more I will ask Ss to make sentences by
using these newly learnt words and phrases.

Purpose: I mean to give them emotional education. I give them muti-
media pictures to arouse their interest of study and their love for

我打算面试一个高中的英语教师，试讲十分钟，不过没有学生，现在也不知道
试讲哪课、哪个部 分，讲课要中英结合，因为评委不是全部都是英语专业的，有校
长、教育局那些人，请问讲什么内容比较 好

没有教材，评委也不一定听得懂英
语，我觉得讲阅读不太好，但是讲语法的话又会 很枯燥。

应该是面试的时候会 给你一篇文章，一般来说是高中课本随机的课文，给你一
段时间准备，然后让你根据课文实时上课，你以 前有哪个英语老师上课方式你比较
欣赏的，你可以模仿他的来做准备，高中上课基本都是阅读与语法同时 讲，很少只
讲阅读

评委会觉得你只是在做精读

，或者只讲语法< br>(
如你所说，十分枯燥，而且
很难讲

，切记不要慌，讲课时要面向评 委，板书时注意不要让身体挡住黑板，如
果你的基本功扎实，十分钟都不够你讲，如果你基本功有所欠缺 ，放慢语速是不错
的选择，将重点放在你擅长的知识面，多举几个例句，说的详细一点，应该没什么问题，祝你好运～

试讲分为两种，一种是将面试的人当做学生，就像你真的是在上课一样，只是
面试官当然不会与 你互动，所以这一点一定要自己把握好，可以在自己家里做一下
练习，虽然把面试官当学生，但你不要指 望他们会回答你的问题，所以停顿时间的
把握与自问自答的衔接很重要，否则的话一定尴尬的想死掉;
第二种面试是将自己
的讲课思路做一下阐述，不涉及到知识点，也就是说你只要告诉评委 你打算怎么来
上这节课，这个看上去简单一点，但往往四五分钟就说完了，然后就是你和评委大
眼瞪小眼，所以可以在准备的时候尽量分的细一点，宁愿十分钟不够

他们回答了，那么我就要灵机应变。我现在想了一下，阅读课应该不好讲 ，我打算
讲词汇或者短语，要不就讲语法，这样的话互动比较少，但是也减少了尴尬，你觉

你不可以只按 照自己的想法去做准备，就像我说的，虽然是试讲，但是也分很
多种，而且每个地方每个学校的要求都不 一定相同，所以要按照试讲评委的要求
来，而不是你自顾自准备好了，结果到时候他们的要求与你准备的 并不一样。

最常见的是给你课本指定第几课要你试讲，没有别的要求，给一点时间做准备< br>就开始。你可以结合阅读与词汇，语法讲课，也就是英语精读与语法的结合，将重
点放在你擅长的 地方，尽量使讲课流畅，有内容。如果你不喜欢这样的方式，退一
步的选择是只讲词汇和语法，这个要你 把握好时间，另外对你的基本功要求非常高

但是千万不要只讲阅读，分数一定会很低。

还有很重要的一点，千万不要以为评
委不懂英语就不知道你讲课的好坏。

恩，你不要纠结于是否一定要 讲完整这个问题，说到底，大家都知道刚开始讲
课的老师没有经验，因此时间的安排只要不是特别的离谱 ，这方面一般来说扣分都
不会很多，你要弄清楚评委最在意的是哪些方面，当然是你的基本功是否扎实， 其
实不管最后要讲的内容是什么，只要自己有料都不怕，如果现在给你随便一篇课
文，你准备半 小时后能够知道如何讲授，就没有问题了。

如果到时候他给你的文章是你没有准备的，也不 要慌张，最坏的是把文章从头
到尾分析一遍，将其中的词汇，词组提炼出来，将语法点找出来，逐句分析 ，高中
英语一篇课文讲十分钟完全没有问题，万一到时候时间多了，建议你附加课后练习
拖时间 ，至于你说的假装提问我倒不建议，与其说:Do you know……,不如说

这就是说课，当然是阅读好上了，只有十分钟，只 讲一下教学步骤，教学设计
就行，网上很多的，高中英语新课程一般是
warming-up reading
一个课时上，语
言点一个课时，

后边听力，

是另外
的课时，但惟独第一个课时的最好上，你可网上随便下个课件，语法一般不愿上公< br>开课，但也有涉及特别新颖的，就会的高分

就是 说课的最后一个步骤，是说一下教学步骤吧，当然不用说理论。也就是你
课堂实录中去掉学生的活动剩下 你所有的语言要在十分钟表现出来，一堂课从导入

一般都会只定内容。讲语法词 汇是下下策。记住一个优秀的课堂不是老师的满
堂灌～不是你的流利的表演。只有在阅读课堂中你预设问 题，假定和学生的的互动
才是新课改的一学生为主题的理念。虽然要看你的表演，但千万别只顾自己表演 。

就算无生授课也要环节完整，而且各个环节之间要注意 衔接和连
贯性。各环节内部可以通过设置问题来激发课堂气氛也能调动听课评委的兴趣。十
分钟 试讲应该也是完整的一堂课～只是去掉学生的活动部分后你的整个课堂语言压
缩在一起的。
