、老师带上头饰以和学生交朋友的形式进行日常对话及热身。

在黑板上，

热狗、薯条等食品，很少同学买水果和蔬菜，你们知道吗，水果和蔬
菜里面有我们大 家需要的很多维生素和营养，只有多吃蔬菜和水果，
才能补充我们身体里的维生素和水分，有一首歌an apple a day keeps
doctor away,
就是告诉我们每 天吃一个苹果不用看医生，大家想不想
让自己身体变的强壮、
健康呢，
所以老师建议大 家每天多吃蔬菜和水
果，做到平衡膳食，少吃汉堡包等高热量的食物，你们能不能做的到
