ould you say wealth is a symbol of success? Give your reasons.
Wealth is the thing that nearly everybody eager to get more. Some people believe that money
means everything. However, there are something have no relation with wealth. Succ
ess is one of
them.





Different people have different targets of life. definitly, many people wish they can be rich in
the
future.
However,
they
must
do
something
to
achieve
their
target.
People
can
get
the
same
result by different methods. People can be rich by develope their own business; people can be rich
by something illigal, so we can't say they are success.
I
think
the
symbol
of
the
success
is someone
be
acepted
by
others
and
your
achievement
will
benifit others.
In my mind, wealth is a symbol of success , but it is not the only one.
As we know, Just like Lei Feng,, serving the people can be viewed a symbol of his success. such
as Bill Gates, is very rich, he establishes a fund and makes a contribution to the society.

in the world. Money is the symbol of his success, however, as he say

Thus, I think the symbol of success is not the ultimate result which you struggle for, but
people
take pride in what they have done.

opposite, some
people
just
pursue

money,
during

lost friends
or
family
members,

if

have

of
money,
I
think
he
is
not
success,
at
least
he
is
not
happy.

W
ould you like to work in a big company or a small company? What are the
advantages and disadvantages of working for big companies or small ones?
As a coin, both methods have advantage and disadvantage. To work in a big company we
can open our eyes, abtain new knowledge, make many friends. And most important, big company
is professional and well organized in his industry, this will benefit us a lot. But of course we have
to over come the difficulty of traffic, relationship problem, high pressure, etc.





Working at home is much more comfortable and convenient, as we can save much time on
the
road,
enjoy
ourself
whenever
we're
free,
and
most
work
can
be
done
through
internet.
However, we may not able to feel each other when we're in a long distance, as we're face to face,
and
communication
is
hard
to
make,
and worse
easily
misunderstanding
will
occur.
That's
also
why currently
most companies
and
organizations
have
a
certain
office
for
everyone's working.
Some white-van men may prefer work at home to save cost, but for sure when his staff become
more and more he must have an office.





For me, I prefer working in the company, coz working includes much more than information
exchanging. And I like to see the people when I say something coz in the meantime I can see if he
understand and agree or not.
When people look for job, they have to face a dilemma of working for a large company or a small
one. Some people may choose a small company, because they may face little pressure and fewer
tasks. On the other hand, the big company has more chances, more development space and more
energy. As far as I am concerned, I prefer to work for a big company

big company can provide its employees with a rather high salary than a small one since it has a

business
scale,
bigger
number
of
staff

more
allocable
funds.
Moreover,
the
benefits
offered by the big company are also attractive. For instance, if a child or spouse of an employee of

big
company
gets
sick,
he
doesn’t
have
to
pay
the
check
for
their
treatment
since
the
big
company shall cover all the expenses for their treatment. Why? This is simple. It is all included in
his benefits. The employee working in a big company can also enjoy conge payee

with
another
employee
working
in

small
company.

At present, the world economy is
undergoing a recession. The global financial crisis triggered by
the US sub-mortgage crisis has forced many large companies to shut down, not to mention small
ones. When you are looking for a job, it is not only the salary that counts the most, job security is
a
crucial
factor
to
be
taken
into
consideration.
At
this
moment,
a
big
company can
provide
an
employee with the security that most employees are seeking.
All
in
all/to
sum
up,
one
should
consider
promotion,
benefits
and
job
security
when
choosing to work for a big company or a small one; these are the essential factors that determine a
job-
seeker’s choice. I will choose to work for a big company since it can provide all of these for
me.

Where would you like to live after you graduate, a small livable city or a big
city?




Living
in
a
big
city
has
several
benefits.
First,
there’re
more
job
opportunities
readily
available
in
big
cities
than
in
a
small
livable
city.
Moreover,
not
merely
are
there
more
job
positions in big cities and the qualities of the position are much higher as well. In addition, the pay
is
more
decent. Second, children
are supposed
to
be
able
to
receive
an
education with
a
higher
quality compared with a small livable city
. For families, children’s education is always put in
the
first
place.
Finally,
living
in
a
big
city
usually
has
a
superior
living
standard

There
are
more
commodities
and services
in
city
markets;
there
are
more
public
utilities
available
in
big
cities;
there are even much more television channels in big cities.





However,
living
in
a
small
town
also
has
some
advantages.
People
who
live
in
a
small
livable
city
often
have
a
much comfortable
life
style.
Most
of
them
do
not
have
to
suffer
high
working stress. the average pay is much less than that of big cities, the price of daily necessities,
such as vegetables or meat, Instead of suffering loneliness which is prevalent in big cities, children
might grow up more healthily because of harmonious relationship among residents in small town.
People
in a small town do not have to get up so early in the morning because there has been no
traffic jam, and nobody drive so fast in a small town as to cause car accidents. They might have
fewer channels in television, but they have more friends readily available to chat or entertain with.
According to my current situation, although I am longing for the cozy atmosphere and relationship
among neighbors and friends which almost only exist in small cities, I have chosen to live in one
of
the
biggest cities
in
my country
—

Beijing,
since I
have
found
a
pretty
good
job
here,
and
a
decent pay. I think I would prefer living in a small town when I get retired one day.

different

him
in
character,
hobby, work,
education,
social status,or political and religious h talking,playing or doing things together,he
can learn a lot of things that he has never heard ,seen,or experienced by can also enjoy
being with them if he knows them well.

a word,I
think
that
it
is
a
good
idea
for
me to
have
both
types
of friends
,some
who
are
different from me and some who are similar to me. In this way ,I can make my life much happier.
