TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION

Installation Construction Condition

The
adopted
material,
component
and
equipment
shall
be
all
conform
to
design
requirement, and the national standard equipment shall have normal nameplate and
certificate of product quality.

The design document and other technical documents are complete.

Construction
drawings
have
been
jointly
checked
up,
technique
clarification

and

necessary
technical training shall have been
accomplished.
The
quality
of
building
and
structure
relating
to
installation
of
panel,
cabinet
and
secondary
circuit
shall
conform
to
relevant
national
existing
stipulations
about
Architecture
Engineering
Construction
and

Acceptance
Code.
In
case
there
are
special requirements for equipment and design, it shall also be met

be completed. Embedded part and preformed hole shall conform to design, and the

2. Color of equipment shall be as same as the bus with same voltage.

3. This table is inapplicable to light current and graphic screen.
After
installation
and
adjustment,
light
current
equipment
shall
be
prevented
from
damage
when
doing
insulated
test
of
small
wiring.
The
preformed
hole
and
cable
nozzle in building shall be blocked. The construction, check and acceptance of panel
and
cabinet
shall
be
implemented
according
to
this
specification
and
shall
still
conform to relevant existing national code and standard.

1.3.2
Installation of foundation shaped steel shall conform to following requirements:

After installation of foundation shaped steel, its top shall be 10mm higher than floating
ground; packaged cabinet of handcart type shall be executed according to the technical
requirements

product.
Foundation
shaped
steel
shall
have
obvious
and
reliable
grounding.

The
main
control
panel,
relay
protecting
panel
and
automatic
installation
panel are not suitable for welding firmly with foundation shaped steel.

When panel and cabinet installed separately or in line, the verticality, horizontal deviation,
deviation
of
panel
and
cabinet
surface,
and
allowable
deviation
of
the
joint
between
panel and cabinet shall conform to stipulations of following table:
