通知

通知的正文一般都是写在
“Notice”
一词之下，一般来说不必写称呼语和结束< br>语。出同时的单位名称可以写在
notice
之上，也可以写在正文的右下角。

正文一般采用文章式，
有时为了醒目，
也可采用广告式。
广告式要力求简明< br>扼要，一个句子可分几行。每行第一个字母一般要大写。

书信

书信我们分为两部分：信封和内容。

1
、信封的写法。

英语信封正面的左上角，写发信人的姓名和地址。在信封的正面中央偏左一点，
写收信人的地址和姓名。

英语信封上的地点名称由小到大，视其长短可占二至五行不等。

寄信人只 写姓名，不写头衔。但是，收信人一般都在名字前加上头衔，以示礼貌
和尊敬。对于没有官衔和学衔的人 士，通常在姓名前写上
Mr., Mrs.,
或
Ms.
。

信封的写法，一般来说，很少出现在中考英语的作文中。

英文信一般可以分为下列几个部分。

）英语议论文的写作方法

与其他文体相比，英治议论文的结构一般较为固定，有下列几个部分组成：

1.
提出需要议论的议题；

2.
摆出正反两方面的观点；

3.
表明作者持何种态度；

4.
论证自己观点的正确性从而使读者接受自己的观点；

5.
小结。

在具体写作中要注意下列几点：

1.
议题的提出要开门见山，不要拖泥带水，啰啰唆唆

2.
正反两 方面的观点一般都要摆出，有时也有只强调一种观点的，那么这就等于
将上述第二点和第三点合在一起了

3.
作者的观点必须鲜明，不能模棱两可

4.
论证自己 的观点是议论文的最关键的部分。
论证手段与英语说明文中的一些写
作手法相同，常用的有罗列 法、举例法、因果法、比较法等等。

5.
对于较长的英语议论文还可以在文章结尾时对全文要点作一小结。

）英语看图作文的写作方法

英语是一种语言，
从语言 学角度来看，
学生在掌握一定数量的词汇与语法知
识后，就要用来表达自己的思想、见解，这些 落实到纸面上就是书面表达。针对
初中生的实际能力，
书面表达为初中英语教学的一大难题，< br>其常见形式多为看图
作文。结合自己教学与写作的经验，对看图作文谈几点体会。
看图作文的写作从整体上可分为两个过程：

感性认识过程，
即通过画面

挖掘画面间的内在联系融入自己的思想与见解
