九一八
事变以来,遭到中国人的反對。中国国共两党一致抗日、浴
血奋争的精神,赢得了爱好和平的各国政府与人民的支持。在
81
年后,日本野
田政府又制造了无视中国钓鱼岛的
“
八一九
”
及
“
九一一
”
事件。
从该历史上的波茨
坦公告来看,中国今天假如用战争争回钓鱼岛的话,也定然会是

”
的。
该公告有句话可以奉劝日本政府
——
在
钓鱼岛问题上,对你们来讲,也将是
“
没
有任何回旋余地,也不容忍拖延。
”

可谓中日美三通
人物,
其因在钓鱼岛的风云下已然
惊悸而离世,
我们借此表示深深惋惜的同时,
也提醒日本朝野:

Proclamation Defining T
erms
for Japanese Surrender, July 26, 1945
公告中关于日本投降的条款。
(1)
We-The President of the United States, the
President of the National
Government of
the Republic of China, and the Prime Minister of
Great Britain,
representing the
hundreds of millions of our countrymen, have
conferred and
agree that Japan shall be
given an opportunity to end this war.

美国总统,中华民国国民政府总统,大不列颠首相,代表我
们数以亿
计的国民,协商后同意给予日本结束战争的一次机会。
(2) The prodigious land, sea and air
forces of the United States, the British
Empire and of China, many times
reinforced by their armies and air fleets from
the west, are poised to strike the
final blows upon Japan. This military power is
sustained
and
inspired
by
the
determination
of
all
the
Allied
Nations
to
prosecute the war against Japan until
she ceases to resist.
美国,
大英帝
国,
中国从西部由他们的陆军和航空部队多次汇集而形成的空

庞大的陆海空军团已经集结完毕,

result of the futile and senseless German
resistance to the might
of
the
aroused
free
peoples
of
the
world
stands
forth
in
awful
clarity
as
an
example to the people of Japan.
The might that
now converges
on Japan is
immeasurably
greater
than
that
which,
when
applied
to
the
resisting
Nazis,
necessarily laid waste to the lands,
the industry and the method of life of the
whole German people. The full
application of our military power, backed by our
resolve,
All
mean
the
inevitable
and
complete
destruction
of
the
Japanese
armed
forces
and
just
as
inevitably
the
utter
devastation
of
the
Japanese
homeland.
(4) The time has
come for Japan to decide whether she will continue
to be
controlled
by
those
self-willed
militaristic
advisers
whose
unintelligent
calculations have brought the Empire of
Japan to the threshold of annihilation,
or whether she will follow the path of
reason.
(5) Following are our terms. We
will not deviate from them. There are no
alternatives. We shall brook no delay.
