such
a
story:
when
a
participant
in
the
long-distance race
crossed a beach, his shoes were full of sand.
He took off his shoes and got the sand
out hastily, and then he

running
hurrily.
But
some
sand

in
his
shoes
and

sand rubbed his feet in the latter
distance. That made him hurt
when
he
ran

step.
Instead
of
taking

obstacle
