组织机构名称的英译方法和要求

1.1
译写组织机构名称，应当符合《中华人民共和国国家通用语
言文字法》
，在首先使用国家
通用语言文字的前提下进行译写。

译写组织机构名称，应针对其
不同的构成成分，采用相应的英译方法。组织机构名称的
构成成分，一般分析为冠名、属
性名、序列名和通名。

冠名

冠名中的地名
冠名中涉及中国地名的一般用汉语拼音拼写。

冠名中含有“市、区、新区、县、乡、镇”等行政区划限定词的，需区分不同情况作出处

词语选用和拼写方法
3.1.1
同一事物或概念，英语国家有不同表达词语的，选择国际较为
通行的英文词语。
3.1.2
同一词
语，在英语国家有不同拼写方法的，选择国际较为通行的拼写方法。

同一场所中的词语选用和拼写方法应保持一致。

缩写
已经约定俗成的，可使用英文缩写形式，如：中国共产党

采用缩写形式应符合国际惯例。来自外来概念的中文缩略语，应使用外来概念原词的英文缩
写。如：
“世贸组织”应使用

字母体式
英文字母应当遵循英语的文字标准和相关规范。
组织机构英文译名中的汉语拼音字母可以使用与英文词语相同的字体。

标点符号
组织机构英文译名中的汉语拼音可以不标声调符号。
