，几经转折，在一家美资企业担任精密设备管理工作至今。

于设备管理工作，
笔者觉得首先要分清企业的文化背景，
日资企
业文化生硬，
设备管
理工作比较呆板，
灵活度不大，
但是想做好却又是难度最大的，
一般日资企业都有
完整而严
谨的设备管理制度，
机器缺了个螺丝帽也会追究到人到
事到时。
日资企业高管都傲的很，

看不起
MAID IN CHINA.
所以一般设备出现故障
都不会找中国企业维修的（当然人家从
来就不会用
MAID
IN
CHINA
）
< br>，日资企业产品在还没有呈现在客户面前的所有时候，几乎
和中国企业没有任何关
系，
给日资企业打工，
尤其是设备管理的相关职务，
工作中是不允许
出现任何人为事故的，
他们的设备
咱赔不起啊，
对待工作，
要把每一样设备像对待自己未满
月儿子一样呵护。任你能力多强，任你和上司关系多铁，都必须得细心细心再细心。
其次笔者想说的是美资企业。
美资企业人家那都
是大款啊，
一台上班打卡机都必须得德
国造，他们的设备采购、
保养、维修几乎是不考虑资金成本的，给美国佬打工别怕花钱多，

笔者祖上一直是国家的主人工农阶级，
和国营单位没有交接点，

年经济危机一来，很多民营企业效益一年不如一年，在东莞、
深圳等沿海地区，
从零部件加工到成品组装，
大批的企业倒
闭，
一些知名品牌的生产基地也
开始努力节约成本。
设备管理工作越来越显得重要了，
很多企业设备配件不多，
设备一旦出
现故障，
就停线维修，
所以对于设备管理人员来说压力是非常大的。
怎么办？除了那些规则
制度好好把握，
小心祈祷设备不要出现故障之外，
我们
还要做些什么？笔者以前在一家规模
还算可以的民营企业做设备管理工作，
经历的企业的兴隆和萧条，
那感觉就是不一样啊，

益好的时候一般设备比如变频器坏了怎么办？问老板那肯定是：
“换啊”
。
效益不好的时候老
板会说“
要不你在看看能不能给修修啊”然后笔者头就大了，整个企业设备科就十来个人，
搞搞平
时设备小故障还可以，这一旦出现设备内部故障，谁会修啊？
笔者那个急啊，
老板做在办公室里一天电话不断，
时不时还来现
场考察一下，
就是绝对
不提更换新设备，
（大家不要嘲笑，
最困难的时候真的是这样的情况）
。
笔者就是在老东家呆
