working
principle
：
SLAD
系列无热再生吸附式压缩空气干燥机是一种利用多孔性固体物质表面的分子
< br>力来吸取气体中的水份，从而获得较低露点温度、更干燥、洁净气体的净化设备。
The
heatless
regenerated
adsorption
compressed
air
dryer
adopts
the
porous
solid to dry the
compressed air. In this way

purification equipment can get a more
purifier and drier compressed air with
much lower dew point.
根据变压吸附原理
(PSA)
，
利用干燥剂表面与空气中水蒸汽分压取得平衡
的特性，
将
空气中的水分吸附，从而达到去除压缩空气中水份的
目的。干燥机为双塔结构，当空气流
经一个塔被干燥时，另一个塔则通以微量干燥压缩空
气，采用降压、吹洗的方法，使已经
吸附了水份的干燥剂进行解吸再生，
即干燥剂解吸并将水份排出机外。

On basis of
the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) principle, the
desiccant adsorbs
the water in the
compressed air and gets rid of it.
The
dryer has a twin-tower structure.
When
one
is
drying,
another
one
is
refreshing
by
regeneration.
The
two
towers
are
working continuously
to
provide
the dry and clean compressed
air.
Its dew point
can
reach -40
℃
to meet the high quality requirement of
the user.

在干燥
机突然停机情况下，应能有
5-10
分钟的缓冲时间，所以最好
应在干燥机前
设置储气罐。

stop condition of the dryer.
It’s
better to set a gas
tank before the dryer.
压缩机站内设有数台压缩机时，每台
压缩机的排气管线上应设有逆止阀和切断阀。
If there are many
sets of air compressors in the plant, the exhaust
pipes of each
air compressor shall fix
the check valve and the stop valve.
本装置
前后应设置流量、
压力、
温度等检测或记录仪表。
The gauges shall be fixed
before
and
after
the
equipment,
including
the
flow
meter,
pressure
gauge,
thermometer, etc.
每次开机、
关机请打开吸附塔下排污阀进行排污。
Please open the

start and stop of the dryer.

控制器操作使用说明

本地”按钮，可以减小参数值。当一
个循环设定完毕后若

表示参数设置正确，

设置”
按
钮退出设置状态回到正常停机状态。如果

应重新设置参数直至正确。参数设定完

能保存。

will close after pressing
the button STOP/SET.
The
dryer will
only stop after the
regeneration tower
achieves
pressure compensation at the
set time.
