Responsibility
：
1.
Analysis of
ext/int related components from the field /
对售后市场返回的有缺陷内外饰件进行质量分析
·
Route back and
receive defective ext/int parts and warranty parts
from the Chinese Market
从售后市场返回内外饰缺陷件
·
Analyze and
evaluate the root cause with given premises and
support from BBAC QM / QEC
Germany /
分析查找失效的根本原因
·
Organize
shipments to supplier and other QEC locations for
further analysis
将失效件返给供应商做进一步分析
2. Supplier qualification /
供应商审核
:
·
Survey the
effectiveness of introduced countermeasures by
supplier and BBAC in the field
观察供应商改进措施的有效性
·
Communicate and
report quality problems to internal relevant
parties, both BBAC and QEC
Germany /
将质量问题报送给相关部门
·
Escalate the
failure improvement proceeding to management and
supplier if necessary
升级相关质量问题
·
Qualify the
supplier by the means of QEC Quick Check and VDA
audit Field Part Analysis

3. Supplier recovery /
供应商索赔
:
·
Prepare
warranty data align to warranty contracts to
calculate warranty charge back
收集市场维保数据，计算向供应商的索赔额

Negotiate
warranty amounts and charge-backs the costs to
local suppliers
与供应商就索赔额达成一致
·
Report recovery
status to BBAC management and arrange escalation
meetings if necessary.

任职条件
/Requirement
：
or degree in Automotive Engineering,
Material Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
汽车工程，材料工程，机械工程相关专业本科毕业
experienced in supplier quality
management for ext/int parts in Automotive Tier-1
or OEM
Environment;
有在汽车零部件供应商或整车厂进行供应商管理的经验
knowledge about ext/int parts
machining techniques;
熟悉汽车内外饰件制造工艺流程
enced in execution of process audit and
system audit;
有供应商审核经验
ence in quality analysis, problem
solving process or aftersales operations
有质量问题分析及解决经验或售后支持经验
nd English in speaking and writing is a
must;
英语听说读写流利
German is a plus;
会德语优先

Responsibility

1.
Give quality
release for the new products and changes on parts.
新零件质量放行，零件变更放行
2.
Conduct
quality audits at supplier side which requires
travels to suppliers;
在供应商现场进行质量审核，能适应出差
3. Manage APQP/PPQP and change
activities, and support supplier to phase in &
ramp up, as well
as during production,
to ensure availability and completeness of product
& test documentation;

及变更工作，在零件从起步到爬坡直至量产阶段提供对供应商的支持，保
证产品及试验文件的正确及完整。
4.
Data recording, analysis and report generation
when defects happen;

任职条件
/Requirement
：
1.
Bachelor
degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical
Engineering; More than 5
years
’
working
experience in Multinational company or foreign
company;
汽车工程或机械工程本科毕业，五年以上
跨国企业或外资企业工作经验
2. Well
experience in Quality Management area, familiar
with quality management tools (VDA/TS
16949);
较好的质量管理经验，熟悉质量工具（
VDA/TS

）
3. Good
knowledge in APQP

4. High level of
interpersonal skills to work effectively with
