i 书信写作的基本格式

首先我们讲一下书信写作的基本格式(the format of a letter)

1，称呼(salutation)

英文当中称呼包含两大类，一个是比较正式的称呼，一类是不太正
式的称呼。

(1)正式的称呼

a 团体、机构、组织或不知道对方姓名：dear sirmadam,(称呼中
要体现男女平等)b 收信人是某个领导或者是上司dear 或者
dear 或者

(2)不正式的称呼

收信人是朋友或者熟人dear +given name

2，主题(body)

根据文章内容的要求来进行细分。但是要注意英文的信件往往是有
什么说什么，开门见山，切 忌拐弯抹角。

3，落款(complimentary close)

(1) 写给团体、组织、机构：yours faithfully,

(2) 写给老板、上司、老师：yours sincerely,

好朋友，熟人等等：kind regards,或者best wishes,

请柬和非正式的信函两种。请柬格式固定，习惯用第三人称，必须

世界上最爱我的人就是您—我的妈妈，是您给了我生命，让我在您

妈妈的爱，浸润在点点滴滴的小事中。记得 上幼儿园时，我的眼睛
