become

There are two main reasons for this problem. For one thing , with the

increase

in city population, an increasing amount of power is needed, especially in summer,

when it is very hot and people have to use air-conditioner.

For another thing,

the

rapid

development

of

industry

depend

on

a

great

deal

of

power,

making

the

situation even worse.

Effective

measures

must

be

taken

to

prevent

power

First,

people

should

enhance

saving

power.
