准备菜 ，一开冰箱，哇噻!都是我喜欢吃的菜，有鸡蛋、西
红柿、豆角、辣椒、蒜苔、土豆、白菜、葱等。于是 我就从
冰箱中取了鸡蛋、一个土豆、一棵葱、辣椒，首先我把葱切
成两半，一半和鸡蛋炒、一半 和土豆、辣椒炒。其次，将土
豆削皮，切块。最后，把鸡蛋打开，在碗里搅匀备用。这时
米饭蒸 好了，看着一个个晶莹剔透的大米粒，白白的香喷喷
的，看了就想吃一口。


下面开始炒菜了，我先把油倒到铁锅里，等油热了，把
切好的葱和鸡蛋放入油锅，不停的翻 炒，一会，等鸡蛋变黄
了，放点盐、调料、味精，在翻了翻，出锅。下一道菜，驾
轻就熟，看着 色泽鲜嫩，尝一口咸甜可口，正合适。饭菜放
到桌上，看着自己亲手做出的饭菜，闻着饭菜的香味，看着
全家人脸上的笑容，我开心的笑了。
