寒食节的来历

在春秋时代，晋国公子重耳逃亡在外，生活非常艰苦，一连几天都
吃 不上一口饭。可是，他却异想天开的感叹道：“要是有一顿肥肉吃
该多好啊！”他的随从介之推毅然决然 地说：“主公，你别急，我去
为您操办！”

其他人都笑话他痴人说梦，就连

公子也是连连摇头。不久，却见介之推端着一満碗煮鲜肉， 步履蹒
跚地送到公子手上。公子不由分说，狼吞虎咽起来，也不看介之推，
也不理其他人，只顾 自己独自享用。

光阴荏苒，时来运转。晋国平定

了内乱，请公子重耳回 国当国王。重耳也算是有情有义的人，把跟
随他逃过乱的人大多论功行赏，委以重任。可却偏偏遗漏了介 之推。
有人提醒新国王，也应该重赏介之推。

不提则已，一提就不行了。重耳想起 旧事，万分悲痛，大声哭道：
“当初要不是介之推，我早就饿死了，哪里还能饱餐一顿鲜肉，又哪
来我们大家的今天啊！”引得满朝一片哭声。

又有一个近臣说：“大王，您可知道您当初 享用的，竟是介之推从自
己大腿上活生生挖下的一大块肉啊!”“真有此事？”大王连连摇头。近
臣说：“您当时可曾细看。介之推走路

都不稳，脚上还在不停流血呢！”国王如大梦初醒，急忙命令重赏介
之推。

却说介之推不愿做官，早和他母亲一道逃到了大山深处。尽管国王
带领众多将士搜山几天，都没有找到他 们母子。情急之下，国王命
令烧山，想迫使他们下山。可是，大火过后，还是不见他们下山，
最 后在一棵大树旁发现他们。原来介之推母子俩死死抱住大树，宁
被烧死，也没松手。

国王重耳追悔莫及，就下令每年的今天，全国人都不得生火，人们
只好在前一天准备好冷食。因为只一天 正是清明节的前一天，后来
人们就把

清明节的前一天定为寒食节。

这个故事让我们知道了介之推的忠于君王和安贫乐道

清明节是一个祭祀祖先的节日，也是农历二 十四节气之一，一般在
每年的4月4日至6日之间。清明过后，气温升高，雨水增多，正
是春耕 春种的大好时节。

做事。在一次宫廷斗争之后，重耳被迫带着 麾下幕僚逃亡列国。流
亡期间，他们吃尽了苦头。为了救活快要饿死的重耳，介子推割下
了自己 腿上的肉，煮给他吃。然而，历经艰辛最终复国之后，重耳
却把介子推的救命之恩抛诸脑后。介子推自此 隐退，与母亲隐居深
山。

可寻，于是下令焚山，要逼介子推出山。可是他终究没 有出现。后
来，有人发现他和母亲相拥死去，还留下血书：“割肉奉主尽丹心，
但愿主公常清明 ”。为了纪念介子推，重耳下令在这一天各家各户都
不得生火，只可吃冷食。
