other fiercely, we must reduce our price properly

competitive. the
second solution is on the coffee
advertisement. we should be clear about
our coffee’s position,
that is, we must
know which group of consumer our coffee is
ready to target at. by knowing that we
will make better use of
advertisement
to make more future consumers know our
coffee brand and characteristics. the
third solution is on our
brand-
stretching. the caferoma brand should not only
include
coffee and caferoma’s
connotation should be added. we also
should produce some goods like dessert,
cups, spoons which
under the same
brand. these kinds of goods should be
attractive in taste or looking. the
final solution is on the brand
innovation. our company should improve
the product quality
by importing the
most authentic coffee beans, improving the
traditional hand grinding process and
brewing out more
fragrant italia-style
coffee flavor. only when the quality are
getting better and better can the
caferoma be never beaten in
the
market.
conclusions
in conclusion,
we must think about the reasons which lead to
the current problems and put these
solutions above into
practice
effectively to re-achieve the market share and
bring
more profits for the
company.
