【篇二:如何指导学生写英语作文】




我的英语作文教学之路

我是一个勤奋的老师。为了提高学生的作文水平,我在不断的尝试,< /p>


不断的反思,不断的改进。



四年前,我给学生一周布置三篇作文,每天一篇日记,全批全改,


占尽了我所有的 休息时间,一部分学生的作文有所提高,一部分的


学生原地不动;在耗时耗力的批改中, 我发现并指出的学生作文中


文法文理问题并不能引起学生的重视;学生没有时间和精力进 行素


材的积累

,

作文言之无物。



三年前我让学生大量的背课文,背作文,牺牲了我所有的休息时间


和部分课堂时间对学生逐一检查,可结果似乎离让大多数学生作文


水 平大幅提高的目标还遥不可及;这一次我注重了素材的积累,这


为学生写好作文提供了可 能,但是学生对所积累的素材不能有机的


整合运用,他们的辛勤的劳动也收效甚微。



两年前至今我带领学生读英语报刊和《书虫》系 列,开设了作文课


和语法课,每周只写一篇作文,我只批一篇作文,学生自批其余作


文,一个学期我教授的两个班学生作文分数平均提高六分。也就是


说 ,我和学生现在的劳动量已经大大降低了,但是学生的学习效率


却大大提高了。



那么,我在具体的教学过程中如何指导学生写好作文呢?



一.

写作素材的采集与整合。



素 材包括信息、词汇方面的素材和应用文格式的素材。在信息、词


汇素材的积累上,教师的 教学活动应该依据学生的基础水平和当地


的办学条件而定。在一些办学发达地区,学生英 语学习基础比较扎


实的班级,我们可以采用读原著,写随笔的办法来积累词汇和信息


双方面的素材;在办学条件差一点的地方,学生基础薄弱的班级,


我 们可以从课本、练习册的文章中获取这两方面的素材。



我所教授的是两个文化课分数平均比平行班低

多分的特长生班。


他们基础薄弱,大多数人不能准确地用英语表达自己,更不要说写


出优美的文章来。针对这种现状,我教学生先背诵、默写、仿写这


些句子;再帮助他们 连句成段。我给他们大量的时间进行巩固和训


练,这样可以使他们能贮存基本的句式和一 些常用的词汇素材。为


了学生的文章能够更加优美,我经常给学生抄录一些英语成语、谚


语和俗语,鼓励他们熟练应用。

应用文各个题材的格式的练习和掌握也是非常重要的。高中阶段需


要掌握的 有书信、通知、日记、留言便条、失物招领、寻物启示,


请帖和广告的格式。历年考试中 ,在这方面丢分的现象很严重。无


论老师怎样反复强调,考试时总有许多人因为不注意格 式而丢分。


这主要是因为汉语的习惯在作怪,在干扰。还有学生受知识面的限

< p>
制,理解不清。因此,我在强化学生对格式的准确把握上多下功夫。


比如说

,

我让学生写信给老师、同学、父母、朋友来练习书信的格式;


通过情景模拟,来练习失物招领和寻物启示。这样的活动,既增长


学生的兴趣, 又能让学生在实际应用中对格式确实掌握。



二。我的语法课。



如果学生 对于文理和语法没有掌握,作文就会错误百出,根本读不


通。这样年复一年,老师和同学 们就会劳心劳力,做足无用功。于


是,我每周开一节语法课,并指导学生在虚拟情景中使 用。我首先


教会学生五大句型,掌握常见时态的用法,这样他们就能有基本的

< p>
表达能力。自从开设了语法课,学生语法出错的现象渐渐少了,通


顺的句子 多了。



三.我的作文课。



我一般先 在黑板上写一篇范文,再放手让学生写。我写作的步骤如


下:



第一步,认清题材,确定格式和时态。



各个题材所需采取的时态是不同的。说明文,描写文使用一般现在


时 ,叙事文使用过去时。不同的应用文使用不同的时态。书信是一


种混合时态的题材,它依 据文意的要求和情景的要求而决定。留言


便条是一种简单的书信一般有两种留言:一是请 假类便条,一是事


务性留言.请假一类有两种情况:如果简要地说明病了或有事,要


请假用一般现在时或者现在进行时;如果既说明了现在生病要请假,


又说明得病的过程等情况,在文中还要加用过去时态.口头通知和


书面通知讲的都是将来 的事,所以一般使用将来时态。日记在叙事


过程中使用过去时态在抒发感想,有所领悟时 使用一般现在时或将


来时。这些我都要求学生作为模式强记下来。



第二步,罗列要点,写出各个要点所需的词汇、句式。



首先,认真分析要点并划出来,标上记号或用简单汉字写在草纸上,< /p>


以免漏写要点。

其次,写出表达各个要点所需的词汇和句 式。在遇


到有些单词不会或句子不好表达时,可用曲线表达法。如

对于学生写作中出现的曲线表达,我总是热情地赞扬他的智慧。



第三步,连词成句,连句成段,连段成文。



句的连接和段落的连接手段

过 渡词是非常重要的。这些过渡词可


以使句子间、段落间衔接紧密,承转自然。这些过渡词 主要包括表


示时间关系,空间关系,列举与例证,意义的延伸和转折,推论与

总结等。

我要求学 生熟记这些过渡词的词义、用法,鼓励他们在日常的练笔


中经常使用,从而达到能够熟练 应用。



第四步,润色。



读来流畅优 美的文章词汇不单调,句式有变化。首先,我要求学生


使用较高级的词汇,并避免重复使 用同一个单词。其次,我通过变


化主语,变换语态和句子其余成分的办法教学生变换句式 。再次,


为了使文章更加紧凑,简洁有力,我提倡使用复合句来代替多个简


单句;提倡分词替代从句。



第五步,

检查并纠错。



通过对学生的作文的分析,我制定出一套学生自查,纠错的标准:



a.

遗漏要点。



b.

过渡是否准确自然。



c.

词汇是否重复啰嗦,句式是否灵活多变。



d.

文章是否紧凑,简洁。



e.

句子是否缺乏必要的成分。



f.

主谓是否一致
