t widely used language. But I wasn’t a good English learner before. The teacher spoke so
quickly that I can hardly understand her. And I couldn’t finish reading a passage because I couldn’t understand
meaning of the words. All of my classmates are better at English than me. I lost my confidence.
Until one day, I found an English TV play called the Green Arrow. The main character, named Oliver Queen
is a superhero who survived in a terrible disaster and then came back with wonderful fighting skills. This story is
so attractive that I fell in love with it at the first time. And from then on, my English level improved day by day.

My pronunciation improved by listening to the conversation in the TV play. I used to to be a slow reader, but my
reading
speed
has
improved
as
I
have
to
read
the
subtitles
quickly
to
understand
what
they
say.
The
most
important thing is that I found the interest in English learning. As a saying goes

I’m not exception. Looking back to my life in

change

situation,
I
made
many
efforts.
I
kept
practicing
every
day.
So
now
I’m
stronger
and
healthier.
The
thing

regret

is
that
I

grades
in English. The
teacher

could hardly understand her. And reading a passage was an impossible challenge for me. So I often failed in my

Time flies. My junior high school is going to the end. When looking back , I realized that I have changed a
lot. I used to be short, but now I am tall. As for my personality, I used to be so shy that I was never brave enough
to talk to strangers. But now I’m more outgoing.

In my opinion, the biggest change is that I used to be fat and I couldn’t even finish running for 1000 meters.
But now I can get a good grade in running. I decided to change because the poor grades really influenced my
rankings. To make it happen, I kept running every day after school although maybe it was 7:30pm. There were
many times I want to give up, but I fought on.
I really like this change because I’m much healthier and more
confident. I can get good grades, relax myself
and become healthier at the same time. So if you want to make a change, do it right now! Life will give back what
