my weakness and advantages

no one is perfect, gold without gather. it is important to know

our good and bad points because it is good forl us to improve

ourselves. we should be in-depth analysis of ourselves, to

realize who we are and where we are going to. through

continuous efforts to correct the weaknesses step by step. the

following is myself analysis.

i have a lot of shortcomings. firstly, my self-control is poor

and often cant finish my planation. for example, i cant get up

early every day and cant finish the teacher assigned tasks. as

a result, i have already produced a loss and a formidable

obstacle that between i and my dreams. secondly, i have a lot

of ideal, but i dont have a clear goal is my biggest drawback.

this may be due to i expect too much. last but not least, i am a

very conservative people, it is difficult to break through the

traditional sometimes. i want to strive to achieve innovation

and to achieve the goal of heart. i think through self-

examination and the supervision of the students to get rid of

my disadvantages.

i also have many advantages, also. im good at communication

and like to share with my classmates. i like this quote that the

most important single ingredient in the formula of success is

knowing how to get along with people. i like sports, football

and badminton is my favourite, so i am in good health that is

my venture capital in the future. foster strengths and

circumvent weaknesses, i want to use my strengths to improve

competition.

in a word, through myself analysis, i will try to correct my

weakness. above all, i want to be a successful person.
