In

being< /p>

become
the
first

many
college

when
they

the

increases
at
the

of< /p>
20
percent
in
recent
p>
five
years,
which
well
< p>justifiesthe
popularity
of
becoming
a
village
official< /p>
among
college
students.
Several
factors
may
accoun t
for
this
popularity.
Fir st,
it
is
the
fierce
competition
of
job
market
that
forces
the
college
graduates
to
consider
other p>
alternatives
other
than
sta ying
in
the
big
cities
as
they
used
to.
Se condly,
to

well-educat ed

to
c ollege
graduates
who
are
willing
to
work
for
rur al
governments
at
grassroots
level,
especially
for
village
committees.
For
example,
those
who
work
for
a p>
rural
committee
for
at
< p>leastthree
years
after
graduation
can
get
a
1 0-point
credit
in
their
ex ams
to
enter
graduate
scho ols.
The
preferential
treatm
ent
is
appealing
to
many p>
students.
Last
but
not
< p>least,many
students
consider< /p>
working
as
a
village
p>
official
is
a
rewarding
opportunity.
It
will
acquaint
themselves
with
the

improve
their
adaptability
to
different< /p>
circumstances,

In
my
opinion ,
college
students
working
as
a
village
official
is< /p>
worth
promoting.
It
is
possible
that
some
gradua tes
may
use
the
job
as
“spring
boards”:
only
a pplying
for
it
in
order
to
receive
the
favorable

but
the
majori ty
of
them
genuinely
hope< /p>
to
serve
the
rural
a reas
and
better
the
li
fe
of
the
villagers.
With< /p>
the
participation
of
so
many
college

we p>
have
reasons
to
believe
that
it
will
not

contemporary

In

This

This

sparks
our
deep
thought.
From
my
viewpoint,
in
a n
effort
to
reverse
and
eliminate
this
unfavorable
trend
mentioned
above,
consid ering
the
seriousness
of
t his
headache,
Parents
are
supposed
to
teach
their
< p>kidshow
to
cope
with
a
variety
of
complex
s iuations.
In
addition,
paren ts
also
should
take
every< /p>
opportunity
to

with
advanced

and
keep
pace< /p>
with
the
times
and
c ommunicate
with

In p>
a

We
all
hope p>
that
these
children
have
less

on
their
parents
and
become

and
mentally. p>

It
is p>
nothing
unusual
to
find
overprotective
parents
who
he lp
their
children
in
all p>
aspects
of
life.
The
question
is,
are
they
sure
their
heart
loaded
wi th
love
will
bring
good
to
their
children?
Let’s
look
at
the
real
si tuation
of
the
second-rich
generation.
Some
of
them,
rather
than
becoming
the
second-strong
generation,
becomes< /p>
the
defeated
generation
wh ich
is
notorious
for
their
life
focused
on
consu mption
rather
than
creation.
Because
of
the
changes
of
education
in
history,
most
Chinese
parents,
though< /p>
successfully
accumulate
weal th,
don’t
know
much
about< /p>
the
right
value
they
should
pass
on
to
the
new
generation.
They
have
tried
all
that
they
can
to
be
good
parents
while
neglecting
the
core
value
they
should
addres s,
which
is
INDEPENDENCE.
How
should
parents
help
< p>childrento
be
independent?
They
should
give
their p>
children
the
freedom
to
make
choices
for
themselves.< /p>
Children
cannot
be
hap
py
if
they
don’t
have
< p>controlover
their
life,
which
in
daily
life,
mean s
they
make
choices
for
themselves,
like,
what
t o
eat,
what
to
wear,
what
career
to
do,
what p>
kind
of
spouse
they
a re
going
to
marry.
Som e
parents
may
be
open-mind ed
enough
to
let
their
children
to
make
these
tiny
decisions
about
food
and
clothes,
but
when
it
comes
to
the
big
ones,
they
are
too
anxious
to
let
their
children
have
a
try.
They
us ed
to
be
young
and
t hey
made
mistakes
and
now< /p>
it
is
their
sons
and
daughters’
turn
to
be
young—the
deep
love
and p>
care
is
so
intense
th at
it
becomes
even
suf
focating--they
are
reluctant
to< /p>
give
their
children
opport unities
to
start
to
be
responsible
for
their
own
lives.
(
3
)
Nowadays,
there’s
an
increasin g
number
of
household
in p>
China
that
has
an
onl y
one
child.
Most
of p>
parents
Love
and
care
for
children
so
much
that
children
has
less
chances
to
deal
with
problems
by
themselves.
Consequently,
children
get
used
to
d epending
on
their
parents
in
everything
and
lack
of
ability
to
solve
probl ems
independently,
which
is
< p>badfor
their
growing.
< br>There
are
some
effective
< p>waysfor
parents
to
help
their
children
be
indepen dent.
To
start
with,
p
arents
should
give
their
c hildren
more
chances
to
ex perience
the
world
and
lif e
around
them.
Thus
th eir
children
can
enhance
t he
capability
to
overcome
the
difficulties
and
handle
< p>problems
independently.
In
addition,
parents
should
offer< /p>
enough
assistance
when
the ir
children
need
some
instructions
and
advices.
In
this
way,
they
depend
o n
their
parents
in
a
right
way
and
can
solve p>
problems
independently
when p>
they
face
the
same
on e
next
time.
Last
but
< p>notleast,
parents
should
< p>allow
their
children
to
make
decisions
independently.
< p>Childrenwould
improve
the
ability
to
deal
with
problems
they
are
co nfronted
with
in
their
lif e.
From
the
above
disc ussion,
I
strongly
believe
that
parent
should
help
t heir
children
be
independent
by
instructing
them
in
a
proper
way
rather
th an
planning
and
considering
< p>everythingfor
them.
It’s
< p>children
who
decide
their< /p>
future
and
fate,
so
it
would
be
beneficial
for
them
to
live
independentl y
with
some
proper
ins tructions
of
their
parents.
< p>(4)
In
recent
years, p>
floods
of
parents
are
willing
to
make
arrangements
and
decisions
for
their
< p>children.
And
there’s
no p>
denying
that
majority
of
children
take
their
parents’
concerns
for
granted.
According
to
statistics,
over p>
80%
of
parents
still
accompany
their
children
to
< p>theuniversities,
even
the
examinations.
In
this
ess ay,
I
will
discuss
the
measures
that
should
be
taken
to
help
students
be
independent
and
offer
my
view
on
it.
First<
/p>
and
foremost,
parents
shou ld
abandon
the
stereotyped
role
in
Chinese
parenting
and
render
their
children p>
free
to
the
fascinating
world.
Besides,
we,
the
children
themselves,
should
man age
our
own
daily
stuf fs.
In
addition,
the
socie ty
should
set
up
more
< p>coursesand
camps
for
ch ildren
to
cultivate
their
capability
to
be
independent .
As
far
as
I’m
concerned,
the
all-covering
pare nting
method
may
give
rise
to
severe
consequences,
< br>and
a
spoiled
child
won ’t
be
competitive
in
this< /p>
world
full
of
the
fi erce
competitions.
Thus,
the
whole
society
should
atta ch
great
importance
to
thi s
problem
and
make
our
contribution
to
avoid
thi
s.

Jobs
for
Graduat es
1)
大学生难找工作
2)

3)
解决的办法
It’s
very
hard
for
college
graduates
to
find
a
job,
of
< p>courseharder
to
get
an< /p>
ideal
job.
In
fact,
many
factors
contribute
to p>
the
unfavorable
situation.
First,
more
and
more
s tudents
can
go
to
college< /p>
because
of
the
being
fast
improved
high
education
of
China.
As
a
res ult,
there
are
more
gradua tes
every
year.
However,
j ob
vacancies
don’t
increase
< p>that
fast.
More
people,
less
food,
which
is
th e
exact
description
of
the
hard
condition.
Second,
< br>more
and
more
people
go
on
to
pursue
their
master
and
doctor
degree;
more
and
more
Chinese
oversea
students
come
back
to
China
to
hunt
better p>
working
chances.
It
is
< p>surethat
the
competition<
/p>
is
more
and
more
fie rce.
Third,
because
of
the
fast
development
of
scien ce,
technology,
economy,
soc iety
and
the
interchange
o f
different
nations,
all
u nits
have
higher
requirement
of
their
employees,
for p>
example,
stronger
ability
a nd
higher
degree.
In
a ddition
to
the
factors
abo ve,
there
are
still
more p>
which
bring
hardship
for
graduates
to
find
jobs.
