正确认识和把握舞蹈与健美操的关系
全民健身是国富民强的基础, 它的根本宗旨是为了增进人
民的健康,增强人民的体质。在全民健身活动中,人们热爱

生误解,混淆了操与舞的关系,在实际运用中产生偏差。为
了使我国健美操 运动健康发展,正确认识和把握舞蹈与健
美操的关系,以及在健美操中合理运用舞蹈动作,显得十分重要。只有了解它们之间的异同,才能更好的加以借鉴。

项体育运动项目。健 身健美操具有动作的重复性、对称性、
艺术性、连续性、趣味性、娱乐性、静力性、放松性。还
具备了简单化、套路化、多变化、节奏感强等特点,并综
合了舞蹈、体操以及优美自然的身体动作。其中 重复性、
对称性、动力性为主要特点。“运动”是舞蹈与健美操的物
质手段,不可否认只要运动 就有强身健体的作用,健美操虽
然有显志作用,但其根本任务是增强体质。舞蹈虽有健身
