大家好！我是机械设计制造及其自动化

讲。

今天我站在这里开始了我的演讲，
我知道 我已经是一名大学生了，

今天演讲的主题是“思想道德修养与法律基础”
，

思想道德修养与法律基础
不仅仅是一门必修课，他还有着十分重要的意义，下面就我在大学以来的学习和
实践中的收获和 感悟，与大家交流一下。

知识的缺乏才是阻碍我们发展进步的最大障碍。思修这门课正是弥补 我们思
想上的不完善与法律知识的缺乏的重要课程。我们是当代大学生，是
21
世纪的
开创者，我们不仅要掌握丰富的科学知识，拥有健康的体魄，还要有良好的道德
修养。通过理论 学习使我的思想有了很大进步，对待一些问题及社会现象有了新
的理解。
一个人要想使自己的生 活得有价值，
有内容，
也只有通过不间断的学习，
只有学习才会使自己真正发展起来， 我们都痛恨自己无知无用，所以只有这样才
能不做一个无知无用的人。

道德与法律， 二者缺一不可。道德的重要性，我想没有人回去怀疑。现实中
存在的问题却是部分青少年的思想道德很不 过关，或是被独生子女家庭娇生惯养
得宠坏，或是学习教育的忽视，使他们目前的思想道德水平很不容乐 观。例如，
少年犯罪的比例一直在上升，无数惨案发生在懵懂的青少年身上。让人痛心和惋
惜的 背后，究竟是什么原因呢？高尚的道德品质并不是一夜之间就可以形成的。
现在学校为我们的人格素质着 想，开设了思修这门课，我们不是更应该好好把握
吗？现在还有多少大学仍然这样细致得一切为学生着想 ，一切为我们的整体素质
和我们的未来计划呢？没有人是一生下来就什么都懂的，正是这门课，帮助我们
树立正确的世界观，人生观，价值观，道德观和法制观，打下扎实的思想道德和
法律基础，提高 自我修养，继承和弘扬中华民族优良道德传统，弘扬社会主义道
德，恪守公民基本道德规范。

同学们，就让我们一起努力去做吧！

同时，当今社会，不懂法是寸步难行的。同学们 ，你们对我们国家的法律有
一个怎样的认识呢？你认为你已经是一名合格的大学生了吗？中国是实行法制
的国家，并且法律体系在不断完善，我们更是要领会社会主义法律精神，树立社
会主义法制观念 ，了解我国的法律制度，自觉遵法，守法，护法。法律在每一位
人民心中的地位一直在不断上升，很多家 长也在期待自己的孩子成为一名司法界
的良材。现在，我们的思修老师丁老师是一位多么优秀的老师啊， 我们学校法律
基础不是就更有信心了吗？我们是很幸运的呀！

道德与法律到底是怎样 与我们的生活息息相关的呢？下面我将举出我们身
