Absolutely, We always feel tired, for we are in Grade Nine. We always study hard although we feel very tired. We
have to finish too much homework every day. We don't go to bed until midnight. For these reasons, we need some
time to relax ourselves.

Sleeping is the basic way to accumulate our energy. In addition, in our school time, PE lessons are one of the most
important ways for us to relax because we can get healthier by doing exercise.
My
favourite
way
to
relax
is
listening
to
music,
especially
enjoying
classical
music.
I
can
have

good
rest
while
listening to Chopin’s music and get force by listening to Beethoven’s music. In conclusion, enough relaxation will
